Pre-Stiletto Fit (no choreography, no heels)
We
are pleased to bring you our very own strengthening, toning and
technique class, designed for the everyday woman who is interested in
learning the basics necessary to prepare you for walking in heels and
strutting your stuff! This class is focuses on learning the fundamental
exercises of Stiletto Fit, while strengthening and toning the proper
muscles needed to prepare you to dance in heels and attend other
Stiletto Fit classes. If you are looking for a great workout without the
stress of choreography and heels, this is the class for you!
